Peaches may be the most popular fruit, but cherries aren't far behind. Problem with cherries in Colorado is the very short harvest. The month of June is about your only chance to grab cherries locally.
Absolutely HUGE Trees
George planted these trees in the mid 1960's. To say they are big is an understatement. I'm sure these trees have a lot of stories.
Different Varieties
Cherries, like peaches, also have numerous different varieties available. The most common variety at Distefano Orchards are Bing Cherries. Known for their dark color and exploding taste.
